Three boxes of Walla Walla Onions arrived today, I will start dehydrating them later today.

My taste buds are working overtime - the best onion grown. Looks like our PNW dry conditions haven't affected production. :P

No conditions are great they started harvesting a week early this year the house is full of the smell of onions, dehydrator is running full first batch of salt done.

Wow, I cant wait for the stores in Oregon get the Onions. I just love them on the BBQ. my mouth is watering :)
