I've done a little smoking before with a offset smoker but it was a constant challenge trying
to keep the heat regulated. I can't wait to try my new electric BOS it seems like there is a lot
of friendly helpful people on this forum to learn from and share information. I love smoked food.
You're gonna love it. Got some ribs rollin' right now and following them up with some jerky! There are some very active seasoned ;D smokers in here. They can help you with any questions and spending some time floating around on the forums will get you well educated. Keep us posted on your smokes!
I'm seasoned all right. Used to be marinated as well but gave that up!
