Title: Heat without smoke
Post by: Murds1204 on September 06, 2015, 02:18:42 PM
I am new to Tapatalk and smoking. I have a Bradley BS611 and almost finished with baby backs with 221 method. I thought the generator switch controlled the puck advancment and the know controlled the heat element. When I turn off the switch it turns off both. Is there a way to keep heat on without smoke?

Just don't put any pucks in. The heat from the puck burner helps heat the cabinet, too.
