Post by: kedmad on September 26, 2015, 08:36:41 AM
Hello All,

Newby here. Love the forum. Saw some pre sliced pork belly at Costco and wondered if there is something I could do with this in my Bradley. Any thoughts and thanks!

Try doing a search for "sliced pork belly recipes". That should give you a good start. You could probably use it the same you would use belly bacon, such as ABT's, wrapped chicken breast etc., but the flavor will be closer to fresh ham. Marinating the slices prior to cooking, is another option. If you marinate them like you would jerky, and add a cure to the marinade, it may give it a bacon-like flavor.
