Title: Pork Belly
Post by: browning92 on October 11, 2015, 11:12:32 AM
I'm looking at doing a BBQ'd pork belly but I'm having trouble finding fresh pork belly where i live. The butcher shop that I normally use has frozen ones. wondering if I should use that or continue my search for fresh pork belly

Thanks

Frozen belly will work fine. I often purchase a whole side and will only cure some of it, and freeze the rest, until I decide what I want to do with it. Fresh belly grilled or barbecued belly is good stuff.
