Hi,

I just picked up a couple of sea bass fillets, and am looking for a recipe ...
a search of the forum didn't reveal anything :(

I just did a google search and found a ton of recipes so you shouldn't have a problem finding one that appeals to you. I'd never heard of smoked sea bass so thought I'd search and find out what I could. In my opinion, sea bass should be beer battered and deep fried. JMHO!
