Title: Smoked Turkey Again

Well this is getting to be a great habit.Ha ha.Wed the bird was defrosted so I made up some 15 Spice Rub and coated her up good,inside and out.Rapped her up good and into the fridge till today Sat.I figure 4hrs. of Hickory should do just fine.Recipe below.

3 Tbsp chilli powder 3 Tbsp Mexicon chilli powder                        New and Improved
3 Tbsp paprika 3 Tbsp Hungarian paprika                                   New and Improved
4 tsp Thyme
2 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Celery seeds ground
4 tsp Yellow Mustard seeds Ground
4 tsp Oregano
2 Tbsp Salt
4 tsp Black Pepper corns Ground
4 tsp Garlic powder
4 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Cayenne powder
1 tsp Allspice powder
2 tsp Savory (For birds only)
This Rub I like the best.I hope you'll try it and enjoy it too.
