I keep getting an error code 3 displayed after the unit runs for a couple hours. Kind of sporadic, but happens every 2 or 3 smoke runs. I can not find a description of this error code. What does it mean and how can I fix the problem. Sure would be good to publish a list of these error codes. I have the 2 rack countertop model smoker.
I would contact Bradley directly to resolve the issue, I know that there are no error codes listed in the manual nor are they online as far as I can tell. It is most likely the fan not operating or the bisquettes not being pushed forward. Other than the error code what problems are occurring?
