Title: Ribs & Rolls
Post by: Roget on August 02, 2016, 10:24:34 AM
V said she had a craving for ribs Sunday, so I fired up the Bradley & smoked two racks.

Rubbed with my own rub (a Kansas City style)

Smoked for 3 hours, then cooked 3 more hours @225F

Baked cloverleaf rolls

Add a big glass of sweet iced tea & a cup of dipping sauce and V was happy
