At least I now know why the two probes stand for :D They don't control anything. This smoker works the same as the old digital with a Maverick and not like a PID ;) I mean, you can not control the tower temp with these probes. It still have a temp sensor on the back wall. It does not stop the smoker when the desired food temp is reached.

Thanks for sharing the videos Toker. Yeah other than the phone app my digital does the same thing with the addition of my Maverick. The display is nice though :)

Well it appeared that I was wrong on my last post. We can go with the food temp option in the new Smart Smoker. I'M SORRY I WAS WRONG :( I Just my hands on the new instructions manual and it clearly state that we can. Sorry again.
