Been smoking with the original Bradley for 10+ years. I added the PID unit from the susanminor forum. (what happened to that site?)
I do a lot of cheese, pulled pork, peppers, and jerky. Hope to get some ideas from here. Seems like a great group of guys from reading through the posts.
