Title: Pheasant recipe

Anybody have a good brine and or dry rub for pheasant? I'd like to smoke a couple for thanksgiving this year along with some good homegrown ducks. Thanks guys!

Pheasant is dang good on the smoker.  I just rubbed it with Jan's rub and wrapped it in bacon for a couple of hours.
