Nice, I saw that on Facebook. I haven't tried Canadian bacon yet. Looks like it turned out well.

Its a long process VS cheese but it's good to try  :D

Nice job Toker, looks real yummy. I got my recipe for back bacon from an old butcher who owned his own butcher shop/store. Whenever I make it I can't keep it in the fridge as it has a tendency to vanish!Thanks for the photo, looks like I should make another batch soon.
