Title: Help!!!4 Rack Jim Beam Bradley Smoker Digital Panel Just flickers
Post by: Tbaby337 on November 30, 2016, 03:40:56 PM
I've had my smoker for two years and never had an issue. Recently i went to smoke my turkey and when i plugged it up, it beeped and then the displayed just flickered. When i push the smoke generator button, 4:8 showed up. When i turn on the oven nothing happens but the flickering just gets darker. I thought it was the connectors so i tried to unplug and replug everything. I bought a new temperature cable and the same thing happened. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

I've got two thoughts.

Is your power cord or wall plug broken?  I'd test on a different outlet, then with a different power cord.  If neither of these is the problem, then the problem is in the smoker.

Call Bradley for some help.  By almost all accounts, they do a great job with diagnostics and customer service.

Don't know if it will help, but try unplugging the sensor cable from the tower and then plugging it back into the smoke generator.
I was getting an error message and that worked for me.
Try twisting it around in the socket.
Good luck.
