Title: NEW Premium Bisquettes
Post by: Bradley Marketing on December 08, 2016, 10:34:40 AM
Bradley Premium Bisquettes are the new line of wood bisquettes with added herbs and spices from Bradley Smoker. Two new varieties have launched this fall – Beer Bisquettes and Sage Bisquettes – and four more types will be release in early 2017. Bradley Premium Bisquettes will be available in 24-packs or 48-packs, for $12.99 and $24.99, respectively.

The Premium Beer Bisquettes combine our popular maple wood with hops, making them perfect for beef, chicken, ribs, sausage, or anything you want to add a toasty beer flavor to. They're ideal for burgers and cheese, or anything else you can imagine. Premium Sage Bisquettes also contain maple wood with sage, in order to enhance the flavor of lamb, pork, poultry and cured meats. They can give a new twist to a holiday feast or a hearty winter stew, with smoked meat or vegetables. You can order the first two varieties online at Mud Bay Supply.

Has any thought been given to adding either charcoal dust, or bits of charcoal to a bisquette to see if it will impart some "charcoal grilled" like flavor.

Habs, did you see? They said that 4 more flavors will be coming out next spring. 2 of these were available at Cabelas for a couple of years now. I think I even sent you a simpler 2 years ago  :)

I saw that, and I'm most interested in the Caribbean Blend. The four they listed that will be coming out in the spring, have no mention of charcoal being added.
