Title: My first post: home made puck question
Post by: TheTexasPaul on January 26, 2017, 02:55:51 PM
This is my first post here.
I would like to thank all the contributors for invaluable information on food recipes and cooking methods. You've saved me a lot of time and a lot of wasted meat.

I learned to make my own "Bradley" smoking pucks here(thanks Tickle the Ivories), and have developed my own setup and system to make consistently uniform pucks, relatively quickly.  I learned to shop at  Butcher and Packer for sawdust, which is a good supplier, BUT.... outside of the four flavors, they don't sell Maple, Pecan, Peach etc.

Has anyone located an internet source for reasonably priced sawdust in other flavors?
