Hi Akmoose,
I have smoked 3 briskets at once with good success. I've also smoked pork shoulder, brisket and chicken at the same time with no problems. [emoji106][emoji3]

Yes Akmoose you can smoke more than one brisket at a time. Like Chappy I've loaded all 6 racks with meat and smoked away. I've done Turkey, Pork Loin and Hams all at one smoke and everything turned out great. Enjoy.... ;D
That's why there are 6 racks instead of just one. ;)
Lol Sounds great! I didn't want to overload the smoker like I have smoking salmon.
Any tips on prep of the brisket. First time for me.
