I think I am starting to get it dialed in, made some Pepperoni and Teriyaki sticks......Pretty happy with the taste, even though I am not a huge fan of the box mixes these came out pretty good

Nice looking sticks. I used to tie my ends also but then found out if I pinch them the meat did not ooze out at all so I do not tie them anymore.

.....and I may have to try just pinching the ends.... cause thats alot of knots lol
