Title: Ribs
Post by: Smokey J on April 14, 2017, 07:19:41 PM
After a few tries I got the ribs down! Just used a Bull BBQ Spice that I had around and wanted to try... Sweet with Heat, I recommend it! Rubbed the ribs down all over and vacuum sealed for the night, took them out the next day, let them sit on the counter for an hour to warm up and then put in the Bradley for 3 hours with a mix of Hickory and a few Apple wood. Took them out and wrapped in foil with apple juice for and hour and a half. Out and back in sauced for an hour, rubbed them again at a half hour, and then again a cpl minutes before I took them out. Worked perfect!

Thanks everyone for sharing the recipe!
