Here's a whole chicken I smoked last week. Rubbed with that Bull BBQ spice again and then smoked for 2 hours with Apple wood. Broiled in the oven for a few to crisp up the skin and then rubbed with BBQ sauce and put back in for a few.... Family loved it!
