Title: New Parts?
Post by: chefshaun on April 23, 2017, 01:02:23 PM
Hello, I have a 6rack digital smoker and I have had a few problems with the control panel. Some of the buttons are very finicky and wont turn on/off when pushed.  I have cleaned out all of the debris checked all wiring and voltage checks and everything is fine.  I was wondering if it was possible to just get a replacement microchip for the control panel?

Hi chefshaun;

Welcome to the forum.

If you contact Bradley directly, they has been know to sell the whole panel. If under warranty, they will either replace the panel or the whole generator.

The earlier panels were known to be finicky, and you had to make sure you pressed directly in the middle of the "button". Also those who have large fingers had more difficulty operating the panel.
