Title: problem with my 4 rack digital smoker
Post by: bronson9467 on June 11, 2017, 02:26:12 PM
so I have had my bradley for about 2 years now and it has been great but I tried using it yesterday and it kept bouncing from like 70 degrees to 150 simultaneously after about 40 minutes  of preheating. has anyone else had this issue and if so what is the cause and how do i fix it?

Hi bronson9467;

Welcome to the forum.

It sounds like there may be a problem with the sensor cord. Try unplugging and plugging back in again making sure the plug is tight. While it is off, check the ends of the cords for corrosion, and make sure there is not debris in the plugs and sockets. Also reversing the ends some times helps.

If that doesn't fix the problem contact Bradley, it could be your temperature sensor.
