 Oh, your going to love it. Just follow the break in procedures and dont look at the door thermometer, it's off +/- 20 degrees. A lot of people here use a wireless duel prob thermometer. One for cabinet temp and one for food temp, Maverick makes some good ones but there are many others.

I started with this rib recipe years ago and still a great go to, nice and easy and never fails.
