Hello All.

New to this forum and newbie at smoking. I bought a 4 rack digital bradley in the spring and have been very pleased with it. I have done a few pork tenderloins and ribs so far. Just looking to learn more tricks of the trade to make some good food with.

Welcome to the forum, plumbfitter.

You'll find you can pick up a lot of technique tips by reading existing posts.  I found them real helpful.
