Does anyone know if it's possible to change smoke time on the smoke generator on a smart smoker . I think it needs to be lengthened by 3 to 5 minutes. The briquettes aren't getting used enough. I know it is set at 20 minutes now. The book doesn't show anyway to adjust the time each briquette is on the burner.
