Title: dirty burner track problem
Post by: treznik on October 17, 2017, 04:22:41 PM
I just purchased my 4 rack DS.  I've only used it twice and now noticed heavy burnt residue on the feeder track just before the burner.  Also notice that pucks do not fully advance on the burner.  A small portion of the puck remains on the track and leaves the residue on the track.  Is there anyway to fix this?  What is the best way to clean the track?

I use this after every smoke, Mini Brass Wire Brush for Cleaning Welding Slag and Rust about the size of a tooth brush.
