Title: Christmas Prime Rib
Post by: zueth on December 26, 2017, 10:45:17 AM
Did a 3 bone rib roast for Christmas, did 2 hours of whiskey oak with temp set to 200, then cooked the rest at 200. It ended up taking about 5 1/2 hours, then I let it rest on counter for 1 hour and into 500 degree oven for & minutes, then carve. Turned out really good. Ok, thanks. What internal temp do you bring it to before you let it rest for an hour!
