Title: Smart smoker puck feeder issues
Post by: DeathChill on February 03, 2018, 12:41:36 PM
Well, I bought the Smart Smoker just before Christmas and I've yet to successfully smoke anything because the puck feeder errors and sometimes I don't catch it and by that time the temperature drops and it takes way too long to recover.

According to the smoker it says it's ran for 38 hours and had 18 errors.

I live in the Vancouver, BC area so I know Bradley has an office in the area.

Hi,
I know it has been a while since this post.
Were you able to resolve the issue? I am having the same issue. This started happening on the first use.

I have the same problem. Bradley did send me a pile of parts but none of it fixed the problem. The smart smoker software is over engineered and Bradley won't admit its a peace of junk. I can't leave mine alone for more than an hour because it will fault for biscuit jam. I'm done with Bradley and will not purchase another.
