Hi I'm Reburner. Resident of Hertfordshire in the UK.
Just got myself a 4 rack digital along with the cold smoking attachment. I have some experience of smoking with a bullet charcoal smoker but wanted something that was a little less attention seeking and was not unusable when the wind blows.
I am currently seasoning my smoker and have a 1kg side of Salmon ready to cold smoke a little later today.
Can I just say a big thanks to everyone who contributes to the forum. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks, soaking up information. This enabled me to confirm that I wanted a Bradley as well as giving me lots of tips for future smokes.
