Hi I'm Rob, from Dornach in Switzerland

Just got myself a 4 rack digital and am delving into the world of smoking, having spent years grilling on my Weber S470.
I started with smoked salmon and did some meatloaves last weekend. Fantastic, even the neighbours were impressed.

Looking forward to learning a lot from you all!
