Got a 4 rack original smoker for Christmas past, and using it for my second time as I write this. Done 4 racks of ribs a few weeks back and they turned out great! I currently have a whole chicken in the smoker while camping. Can't wait for it to be done. Hope to learn lots on here and find some new recipes
