Title: Center cut Pork Chops
Post by: arniep on August 27, 2018, 12:32:59 PM
Going to fix about  6 Center cut Pork Chops on my Bradley. Does anyone have a fabulous recipe that will make these come out EXTRA tender and good.
Thanks a lot guys! This is my second smoke and am going to have some friends over this Labor Day. :) :) :)

Get them THICK cut, they'll stay more moist and tender.Coat them with a rub of your choice and give them 2hrs of smoke (I use alder or maple) Pull them when the i.t. is 135ish,much higher and they dry and toughen, Simple and very tasty.
