Have a bradley digital 4 rack and first meal was a 4lb Bacon wrapped pork loin. It came out georgeous,had it in a maple syrup (i live in Ontario Canada ) brown sugar glaze. Set temperature at 220. Smoked it for 1hr40 and cooked to IT( weber i grill mini)
Temp held well at below zero temperature.
