Hi all ! New to smoking but very excited. I have always used a dehydrator to make my jerky, both pork and beef . I have tasted a lot of smoked beef jerky though out my years but I not a huge fan of of the overwhelming smoke taste. I do love a hint of smoke but when it takes over the flavor of the beef just ruins it for me . Any suggestions for a good smoke time to start with ? I'm using a Bradley 6 rack digital smoker .
