New to smoking, I bought my hubby a Bradley Convection 2 rack smoker for Christmas just to see if we can master smoking before we go on to bigger & better.
Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jog111,
Bradley discontinued making those in the States some time ago. There were just too many problems with them, and it didn't seem like they sold well. I was going to refer you to the thread dedicated to that smoker, but it looks like Bradley deleted that thread.
>:( that's a bit disappointing! Oh well we will use it and see how it goes. It wasn't that expensive so hopefully we will get our monies worth before it packs in and see if we can master the smoking before we buy anything more expensive!
