Hi all,
Got a new smoker for xmas. Just using it now as the weather is permitting it.
The top portion of the door is quite loose. Is this normal or is it supposed to be tight like a fridge. It still magnetically seals well. The bottom pin is sturdy and doesnt move.

Welcome to the forum.
You should be able to lift the door upwards, it is designed to be that way so the door can be changed. If by loose you mean the door is wobbling, as you open and close it, that's a problem. If that is the case make sure you smoker is registered and call Bradley's customer support.
