I haven't smoked since the 90's and shocked at all the new technology. I ended up getting a great deal on a used Bradley Smoker and figured I better join this forum to figure out how to use it..
I plan on smoking mostly fish, some red meat if I get to go hunting and maybe ptarmigan or grouse. That being said I'm open to smoking anything
