This is what I did. Found the Grandpa Josh seasoning at local butcher shop but I think you can order online.;

Feb 9 2020 Outside temp 30. Made 4# venison bacon using Grandpa Josh bacon seasoning Mixed the
night before and put in 8x11  pan lined with plastic wrap and in frig. Took out and let get to room temp. Preheated smoker to 160 for
1 hour then put bacon in and down to 130 for 1 hour of no smoke. Then up to 140 for 1 hour and started smoke for 3 hours of
apple/hickory combo. Smoke until IT hit 155. Took out and let cool. Recipe was;
2 # ground venison through medium plate
2 # ground pork butt through coarse plate
3.75 oz Grandpa Josh bacon seasonng
2.75 oz of cold tap water
1 tsp cure
Took 7 1/2 hours. Wrapped in cello and in frig overnight before slicing. Came out real good. Sliced on 2 1/2.
