Just wanted to say hi since I have trolled on here for far too long. I have learned a lot from reading everyone's posts. Still new and have made some mistakes through my trials so far but I am determined to master the craft. I have the OBS and recently upgraded to the 900 watt with the wifi PID from Abuer...It has renewed my drive for smoking.

Greetings Bosshogg and welcome to the forum. I have the 6 rack digital and struggled with heat recovery till I did the second 500 watt mod and now use a Auber PID. All I can say is that I love it and smoke/cook every week. Happy smoking
