Title: Canuck here
Post by: ReaganNelson on April 11, 2021, 01:42:41 PM
Hello all from the frozen wasteland north of the 49th.
Been using my Bradley 4 rack for about a dozen years now and it worked great when i did a brisket for Easter.
Then, yesterday, the wind came up and blew the smoker off of the cabinet it sits one.
Hit the deck hard. I hope it still works.

Welcome to the forum fellow Canuck. Sorry to hear about your near death experience. Only way to find out is to fire up your smoker and see if there is any damage. Hopefully it'll be fine. Good Luck...

Welcome to the forum, fingers crossed there is no significant damage and you are up and running again shortly. Let us know the outcome?

Hi ReaganNelson;

Welcome to the forum.

I'm hoping the smoker survived the accident, and you will be up and running soon.

Everything works, after the 3 foot fall, except the top trim on the door is broken and the hinges attach to that piece. I will pick up a couple of hinges at my hardware store and screw them onto the door and the body, then put a clip hasp on the other side to make sure all seals up. It won't look good but it should work!
