Fellow smokers,
Does anyone out there know how to roast peanuts? I have a new BS and used it for the first time yesterday resulting in perfect chicken parts. Now my wife wants me to roast peanuts. I need info on how to season and how long to roast them for. The time only needs to be a rough estimate, since I can always just sample periodically. She wants them without smoke, but I am going to smoke some as well. I can use all the help I can get. ???

Like Bubbagump, I've never done peanuts. However, I find that Sierra Nevada Pale Ale helps many challenges. :D

Step 1: Build large bonfire in backyard.
Step 2: Invite several buddies who, like you, have a penchant for alcohol.
Step 3: Inbibe in said alcohol.
Step 4: Bet buddies you can "Jump the far". ;D ;D
