Title: Eyelets for running probe through side wall
Post by: nsxbill on August 11, 2004, 10:05:24 PM
To the person making the Bubba Pucks..Kummock, I think.

Another idea for you.

I think it would really be a good idea to have a billet alluminum shaft with a shoulder on each side to insert into a drilled hole in the side of the Bradley to allow insertion of two temperature probes for the remote Maverick thermometer.  See the eyelets at this location for the WSM http://www.thebbqguru.com/silver_bullet.htm

If you have a lathe, and capable of doing this, have the aluminum stock, and of course the time, this would seemingly be a popular item.  I know I would get enough to run 4 wires for probes.
