Hi all, Anyways I have a new Maverick et73. My question is do I need both probes plugged in to use it. I want to just moniter the smoker for now.

BTW Does anyone live near Allentown PA? I would like to meet another forum member and chat, do pizza or something.

Hi there, the Maverick ET-73 can be used with one or both probes no problem ;)
