Here it is.
I should have trimmed the fat from the pork better but hey it gives it more flavor. Sausage turned out great too (motion blur sorry) and my fav hot sauce. The Raptor is for sure going to spoil me.

Hey Nepas, looks good, glad to hear the Raptor is earning it's keep, btw the shape of the tasso looks very uniform ;)

Tasso is going in some beans on friday. Need some craklins too
Used my slicer to cut into large strips.
