Title: Ribs
Post by: julian on December 09, 2003, 05:00:30 PM
Just did some back ribs, made a marinade from PC hickory bbq sauce ,vinegar (malt) olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder, place the ribs in a large ziplok bag pour in the marinade leave in the fridge for two days massaging the whole package gently twice a day, preheat the smoker to 200 and place the ribs on the racks. baste every hour with the marinade, takes about 4-5 hours to cook,
I used Alder, but have used Hickory and mesquite for equally good results.
