Hi everyone this is the first time post and first time smoking prawns infact the 3 time I've used the Bradley Smoker
20+ pre-cooked large prawn's shells on
French bread cut in strips
Dressing; 2 Tbsp Sea salt, 2 tsp chilli-flakes (if you like chilli and more), 1tsp black pepper
Dipping sauce; warm garlic butter
Pre heat the BS to 80 - 90c and smoke with Hickory bricks
Smoke the prawns for about 20 minutes
Crushed the sea salt, chilli flakes and black pepper in a large bowl,
When the prawns are ready toss them in the bowl with the salt, chilli and pepper dressing and serve with the French bread and garlic dipping sauce and enjoy

Sounds delicious!! Did you shell them before you bathed them in the chilli dressing or no?

Hi, no leave the shells on and toss the prawns in the dressing you can also increase the quanties of the the chilli and pepper to your own taste
