Title: Smoker did not shut off.

I smoked some salmon came out real good.I shut off all the digital buttons but left it plugged in. I walked by the smoker today pressed the smoke button the temp. gauge showed 380 degree wow I opened the door hot, you would not believe it must have been on for two days.I unplugged it cooled it off plugged it back on did the same thing. called bradley they are all off till tuesday girl said the tech would call me tuesday send new parts or new unit

Wow glad you caught that before something bad happened. I always unplug everthing when I'm done using it. That goes for appliances as well as tools. You just never know when things might go awire. Bradley will take care of you for sure. It's Thanksgiving holiday Canada so they will be back Tuesday and handle it when you give them a call back.
