Extremely well worth it. It goes on virtually anything. Burgers, dogs, sausage, pulled pork, and according to Olds - even eggs.
Iceman is the sauce man. In addition he sells the best rub on the market. In fact....the only one I use.
Been hearing so much about these, gonna have to place an order...

I have 4 different brands of bbq sauce in my fridge. I like them all, but Iceman's is the best. But the real testimony comes from my picky little wife of 22 years. She bought 2 of the 4 bottles of OTHER sauce, and bitched at me when I ordered from the Iceman ("you can't find sauce without ordering off the internet"?), but now after 2 briskets, a pork loin and a chicken, Iceman's is the ONLY sauce she will eat. She even got panicky when the first bottle (mug) was empty, but of course I saved the day when I whipped out another jar and told her they come in fours!

I'm brand new to the BS world in bought a smoker a couple of weeks ago. Afters many hours reading posts on this forum there seems that there are a few things that are a neccesity. Plenty of foil, some towels and a cooler. The other essentials would be icemans sauce and rub, which I plan to email him after I post!
Plan on doing my first smoke tomorrow, you all may think I'm crazy but I'm doing lamb. I will let you know how it comes out.

There's a few recent posts on Lamb but I haven't tried smoking it before. I just wanted to welcome you to the forum.
In addition to your "mandatory list" (Iceman's sauce is definitely a must) I would also add the Maverick ET73 and Bubba Pucks.
Keep us posted on how your lamb turns out.

The Maverick ET73 seems like a must, the pucks I must say I have come up with an alternative which I will post seperately.

Just recived my sauce today, WOW it's so good can't wait to try it on something, It's pretty darn good right out of the jar, Thanks Ice for the "goodies" too.

Iceman.... I got my sauce today and all I can say is.... it's even better than everyone here says it is.

LQ you're driving a hard bargin here. I would LOVE to tell the jerks around work to shove it. Every time I've looked into mass producing the sauce I hit road blocks or get the run around and different stories from everyone. I went into shock a few times when I got estimates back. Some of the bottlers wanted a minimum of 500,000 units and said the marketing and distribution had to be in place before they would talk any further. Man I thought the good ole USA was supposed to promote the little guy and give us a chance. Like the old man Indian Joe Yaazee used to say "Me know how....Me want chance". ;D ;)
I know what you're saying Iceman, but I have a little problem with your mass production plan. If it's available everywhere, then I won't be able to brag to my friends who love it so much. And I won't be their favorite cook. "Oh I get it from a friend of mine in Alaska, and he just makes it for his friends". Just saying that when someone is bragging on my smoking gives me the big head. You know I'm kidding, I wish you all the success in the world, and I hope someday you can do something I've wanted to do for the last 29 years-tell the jerks at work to SHOVE it! :D. Oh, by the way, my sauce supply is getting low, and if it weren't for the d@mn weather around here, I'd already be out. I'll be ordering more soon!
