Title: 6 hours of pulled pork

well i made it through another steelers loss and about 18 bottles of fresh cold solid aluminum steeler bottles,and an almost 6 hour 10LBS of pork butt without falling asleep! getting ready to check on my pork butts, before shutting down my bds for the night, all seems well will let you all know how the pulled pork turned out!

just checked butts internal temp 165, getting ready to yank those puppies meat is falling off the bone i guess it looks like the bds might be a sucess. thanx to all who have learned from their mistakes  to share with those of us who  have along way to go and believe me when i get some cool stuff figured out  i will pass it all along to u guys!
