they are the ones cut into individual ribs...they are much bigger and much more meat on them...I typically put them in the oven at 200* then onto the grill for 15 minutes with sauce....

You can do the same with your BS. Did some just last week. If you are going to get a BS you might want to consider buying it from the founder of this Forum Chez Bubba.
